Located along Mbarara-Ibanda road, approximately one and a half kilometres from the Nyakyisharara airstrip, you turn off on your left and the one km stretch from the road sign leads you straight to the lodge.

We are a perfect base from which to explore the famous National Parks and attractions situated in South Western Uganda! One of CNN’s best destinations for chimpanzee tracking, Kibale National Park, is approximately a 2 hour drive from the lodge and so is Queen Elizabeth National park which sits in the Great Rift Valley. Just 45minutes -1 hour drive from the lodge too is Lake Mburo National Park with its elegant Rothschild giraffes, beautiful burchells zebras and antelopes plus a lot more. Bwindi, home to the famous Mountain Gorillas is about a 4 hour drive away so if you are going to trek the gorillas or coming from a tiresome trek, Emburara Farm Lodge is your best choice!
